1742 Leads at $2 in the HR Recruitment Niche From a Single City With a Population of Half a Million! (*Only 50% of Them Were Our Language Audience)
A call center in Chișinău needed help hiring telemarketing staff. Through targeted ads aimed at the Russian-speaking audience in the city (+10 km), we generated 1,742 leads at $2 each — even though the target-language audience made up only ~50% of the city's half-million population. We started by segmenting by interest, then shifted most of the budget to a broad audience. In parallel, we tested two landing pages — the client's own Tilda page and a Taplink mini-site.
